FAQ

  1. Will I have to pay customs and import charges?
    • All deliveries to within the EU should not incur any import or customs charges.
    • Deliveries to outside of the EU may incur an import or customs charge depending on that particular countries laws
  2. What payment options do you accept?
    • Currently we only accept payments through paypal. We are working on updating this to accept all major credit cards directly as well in the near future. Please bear with us while we work to get this working.
  3. How safe is it to shop online?
    • Once you enter the checkout process you will find that you are directed to our highly secure SSL pages (https://secure.cestchic.eu) utilizing EV technology (extended validation), you'll notice that the url would of changed to green on most modern browsers that support EV. Please check here for further details on what EV SSL certificates entail. 
    • We DO NOT store any credit card details on any of our servers or databases. All credit card transactions are authorized directly with our Mechant vendors.
  4. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
    • No you do not need to set up an account in order to place an order as you will be able to check out as a 'guest'. We would however still need your details in order to process your order.
  5. How can I track my parcel?
    • We ship all our parcels via Royal Mail; First Class Recorded for UK and International Signed for for all other deliveries. We will always provide you with a bar code with which you can track your parcel. For International deliveries Royal Mail cannot track the parcel once it has been handed over to the local carrier.
  6. Is a signature required for my parcel upon delivery?
    • Yes, a signature will always be required on delivery.
  7. How do I exchange an item I have bought online?
    • Tell us in writing or email and simply return the item to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt.
    • Please check our full returns policy before returning anything to us.
  8. Will I be charged VAT?
    • You will be charged VAT for anything that is shipped to or paid from within the EU.
    • You will not be charged VAT for anything purchased from outside the EU.

  10. What is a promotional code?
    • If you are lucky enough to have a promotional code then please enter this once you go to the check out area where you will be able to enter your code into the "Voucher" area which will automatically apply your discount for you.
